EARTHEN SPIRIT HERBALISM

Deborah Connolly, Clinical Herbalist

personalized herbal care

Hello, I’m Deborah…

A woman with dark hair and a nose piercing smiling outdoors with green foliage and yellow flowers in the background.

I offer compassionate, collaborative herbal health consultations.

Whether you are struggling with a serious health condition or simply wish to feel more resilient, herbalism can gently and holistically support your journey.

My practice is heart-centered, offering a slow, safe space for each person’s unique story to unfold.

Feeling unwell can put us in a very vulnerable place. I’ve been there.

I know what it's like to feel unwell and not know why. To feel frustrated by approaches that mask symptoms but don’t look for the root problem. To not be trusted or believed to know my own body.

This is why I’m passionate about offering something different. My approach endeavors to create a healing space where you feel safe and heard, so you can focus your energy on feeling better.

Holistically, we will seek to identify root causes and support the whole person, body and spirit, towards greater resilience.

And I will be with you every step of the way.

My consultations center your knowledge and experience, offer non-judgmental, attuned listening, and empower you and support you on your unique healing journey.

As an herbalist, my primary role is as an educator and partner, supporting your own goals for improved health and wellbeing. I believe the best care is the care that works for you, that often includes an integrative approach.

Working and interacting with plants through herbal medicine is a gentle, yet powerful, way to support our bodies to find their way back to balance, and foster reconnection with ourselves and the earth. This is sacred work, and a path towards healing many wounds - physiological, spiritual, ancestral.

At the heart of my work as an herbalist is a vision of a world in which humans return to living in balance, reciprocity, and compassion with one another, ourselves, and the living earth — that we recognize the interdependence of all beings and our ancient kinship with nature.
