Herbal Medicine-Making Workshops
Join Deborah for immersive evenings of hands-on herbalism and learn to craft your own natural apothecary!

Origins Cafe, 558 Beaver St, Cooperstown, NY
In each 1.5-hour workshop, you will discover the healing properties of local plants and create & take home a 16oz herbal preparation to build your home medicine cabinet:
June 25th: Meet Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) & make a strawberry lemon balm shrub
July 23rd: Meet Solstice wort (Hypericum perforatum) & learn to make an alcohol extraction
August 25th: Meet Anise hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) & make a blackberry anise hyssop shrub
September 24th: Meet Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)& make a late summer cordial
REGISTRATION: $35/session **
~All organic herbs, carrier menstruums, glass jars, as well as a detailed recipe handout will be provided.~
**If this fee is beyond your means, please reach out to discuss a trade or sliding scale. No one turned away for lack of funds.
